Arrow Credit Repair focuses on using disputes to boost their customer’s credit scores. The disputes aim to remove negative and inaccurate information from credit reports, including bankruptcy, late or missed payments, and judgments.

One of the best things they have going for them is that they have many credit reports from former clients available on their website, which shows the level of service that customers can expect from the company’s services. Having case studies also lets consumers see if they’ve ever worked with someone in a similar situation to them so they can determine if the company is the right choice for them.

Arrow Credit Repair also impressed us in that they offer pay-per-deletion pricing. This is advantageous because it means that consumers can know exactly how much it will cost to remove different items. Moreover, because consumers only pay if information is removed, they don’t have to worry about not getting any results for their money. We prefer this payment model when compared to monthly fees because once a dispute or action has been filed, the credit repair company doesn’t have to take any actions. Monthly fees leave consumers paying the agency to wait for them, making pay-per-deletion a better model for the consumer.

The last pro we’d like to note is that their rates and fees are clearly explained on their website. This saves customers time shopping for credit repair services, and lets them understand the sort of commitment they will be making without having to sit through a consultation that is really just a sales pitch. This is preferable to companies that want you to call or come in to get rates because that is a sales tactic, as customers are more likely to sign up for a service if they make personal contact or give their information to a company.

Arrow Credit Repair does have some issues however, the first being that their prices are higher than many of the other credit repair firms we looked at. As a result, they may not be the best option for some consumers. This is especially true when the nature of the credit repair industry is considered, as many credit repair clients don’t have extra money to spare. As a result, they lose a few points in this category and aren’t as good as some of the other credit repair companies we’ve looked at.

Arrow Credit Repair also lost some points in our review because they don’t have a detailed list of the different services and tactics that they use to get consumer’s credit repaired. This can result in consumers trying techniques that have already failed for them in the past, as well as losing valuable time calling the company or sitting through meetings in order to find out what services the company offers.

Arrow Credit Repair loses points because they don’t have any kind of refund policy based on the quality of their services or the results they are able to deliver. It’s especially troubling in the credit repair industry because credit repair customers are not likely able to afford to spend money on a service they didn’t receive any benefit from. As a result, this moves them down a bit in our rankings.

Arrow Credit Repair is a middle of the road style credit repair agency. They have some good services and have proven results, but they don’t have many of the features that we look for in the best credit repair companies, including consumer information and educational materials. As a result we recommend looking elsewhere for credit repair services.
