Bridge Credit Repair is a credit repair firm that uses disputes to challenge information on their client’s credit reports that may be harmful and inaccurate. They offer a customized dispute process, recognizing that no two individual cases are exactly the same.

We like that the disputes offered by Bridge Credit Repair are individualized to the consumer. Many credit repair companies use form letters and don’t pay attention to a client’s unique circumstances. By focusing on the individual client, Bridge is able to provide more effective an accurate service, while getting results faster than other credit repair companies. Moreover, we’ve found that this also generally leads to a higher level of customer service than other companies provide, giving them another edge in our review.

Unfortunately, they do have some downsides, for example, they use a pricing model that we don’t particularly care for, monthly fees. This doesn’t work as well for us as a pay-per-deletion model that other credit repair services offer because the customer has to pay but may not get any results for their money. Moreover, they don’t have any control over how long it takes credit reporting agencies to respond to disputes and verification requests, which could mean a surprisingly high bill for the consumer.

We also don’t like that Bridge charges a higher start-up fee and monthly fee than we feel their services deserve. $199 is a bit high for a startup fee, and $99 per month is more than many consumers would be paying with a better payment model, and more than many monthly service model companies charge.

Bridge Credit Repair are an average option when it comes to credit repair firms. They do everything you’d expect, but charge a bit more than we think the services are worth. You could do much worse in your choice for credit repair services, but you could also do a lot better.
