National Credit Masters has the additional benefit of their rate and fee structure are very clear, which means consumers know exactly what they’ll be paying should they choose to use the company’s services. Our research indicates that companies with greater transparency frequently get better results in terms of customer satisfaction and customer service.
The final pro we’d like to highlight is that they will refund customers if they aren’t able to help them get items removed from their credit reports. This gives them a boost in our rankings because it shows that they are focused on helping consumers and not on making money.
